General Policies
Booking & Reservations
– Online Booking: Free
– Phone Booking: Additional $10 fee (Call 706-840-2978)
– Same-Day Bookings:
– $50 fee
– Only available if seats exist on an existing ride
– Private shuttle required if no shared seats available
– Kennesaw Students: $65 flat rate (must call first)
– Military Discount: Call with valid ID for code
Pricing & Discounts
– Children 5 and Under: Half price
– Groups of 5+: Discounted rates (call for quote)
– Frequent Travelers: 3+ trips/month qualify for discounts
Luggage Policy
– Included: 1 checked bag + 1 carry-on per passenger
– Extra Bags: $25 each
– Size/Weight Limits:
– Max 2 suitcases per passenger
– 50 lbs or less each
– No bigger than 62 inches total (L+W+H)
Pet Policy
– Fee: $50 per dog
– Requirement: Must be in carrier at all times
Service Details
Shared Shuttle Service
– Primarily shared with other passengers
– For private experience, book private transfer
– Airport Pickup:
– 30-minute grace period to wait for other passengers
– Driver waits maximum 10 minutes at pickup locations besides airports
– Late Passengers:
– >30 minutes late: Must check next shuttle availability
– Not responsible if no seats available
Private Vehicle Options
– Black Truck (In-Town):
– Augusta: $99/hour (3-hour minimum)
– Other Cities: $99/hour (3-hour minimum)
– Out-of-Town Black Truck: $599 flat rate (8 hours)
– Party Bus: $125/hour (3-hour minimum, in-town only)
Special Trips
– Family trips (up to 30 people): Call for quotes
Operational Policies
Airport Procedures
– Arrive at airport 2-2.5 hours before flight
– Not responsible for missed flights if on schedule
– Dropoffs: Domestic/International terminals only
Stops During Trip
– No stops unless emergency bathroom break (3-5 minutes max)
Safety Requirements
– Car Seats: Required for children:
– Under 8 years old
– Shorter than 57 inches
– Weighing less than 40 pounds
– Must provide and install your own
– Valuables: Not responsible for lost/damaged items
Delays & Cancellations
– Delays: Not responsible for traffic/weather delays
– Cancellations:
– Notify by 11:59 PM the day before for credit
– Same-day cancellations: No refunds/credits
Additional Policies:
You can upgrade to a private ride on any airport shuttle for an additional $75 each way
Charleston, Charlotte, Savannah all have a 3-person minimum
Any location other than the airport is an additional $75 each way
For cruise ports, call for quotes. We can transport up to 30 people.
